He comes from a background of 6+ years in Real Estate Investing, and has spent many years in the sales industry. Brian Musser is not only a licensed real estate agent but is also a member with the National Association of Realtors, Lancaster Association of Realtors, and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. A graduate of Penn Manor High School and studied business management and marketing -gaining a unique insight into how to bargain/negotiate, protect and educate clients, find the best deal, market properties, and more. Brian Musser participates in an organized hockey league located n Lititz Pa, and leads weekly bible studies in Manheim and Elizabethtown. Brian Musser entered the Real Estate world in order to help everybody, from new first time home buyers to seasoned investors. Originally learning real estate investing from the front and back via mentors and experienced investors, Brian endemulated what he learned and humbly begin investing in real estate back in 2018 while working in the hospitaility industry. Using only his restaurant earning and creative financing to purchase his rental investments, he proved it DOESN'T take tons of money or a high end job to begin investing in real estate! After teaching a few co-workers how to do the same, and being encouraged by peers to be a real estate agent full time, Brian began exploring the idea of a full time career in helping others accomplish homeownership, and since, hasn’t looked back.
